We engineered a structure aligned to fleet revenue patterns — giving the operator room to scale without straining cash flow during ramp.
Corporate Operating Lease
Corporation acquiring a heavy jet wanted operating-lease treatment, progress payment financing on a new delivery, and end-of-term flexibility. Most providers couldn’t do all three. We structured a 7-year operating lease with progress payments through manufacturer milestones and balanced residual — control, flexibility, and the accounting outcome the CFO needed.
