Nevada Opt-Out Rights
Nevada residents who wish to opt out of the sale of their personal information (as defined under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A) may submit a request to: info@elevexcapital.com. Elevex does not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law, but we will honor any such requests.
8. INFORMATION SECURITY
Elevex maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include access controls, encryption where appropriate, and secure systems and processes. Notwithstanding these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

It is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and Elevex does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
