We are not required to send annual notices as long as our privacy practices remain unchanged and we do not share in ways that require an opt-out opportunity. Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Elevex Capital does not share with affiliates.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Elevex Capital does not share with nonaffiliates for marketing purposes.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Elevex Capital does not jointly market.
Other Important Information
This notice is provided in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing regulations (16 C.F.R. Part 313). It applies to consumers and customers of Elevex Capital’s financial products and services.
Vermont Residents:We will not share information we collect about Vermont residents with companies outside of Elevex Capital except as permitted by Vermont law, including with your authorization, to process your transactions, or as otherwise permitted by law.
