Richard Homan
Richard is a sales executive that focuses on originating equipment lease transactions from community banks (primarily those with asset size of 10MM or less). He has focused on this business for the last 22 years. This market is underserved but also has significant barriers to entry. Strong personal/business relationships & successful track record are the key for consistent transaction flow from this origination channel. Richard has a 26+ year track record of sales, financial analysis, taxation, transaction structuring, profit planning & entrepreneurship that has served his banks and clients well. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin and also of the Graduate School of Banking. He has experience as a CPA, corporate controller, sales and leasing professional, and has developed two leasing portfolios that focus on community banks & their clients. Both were developed from the ground up.
