Joan brings deep expertise in equipment finance operations, portfolio management, and systems implementation to her role as Operations Manager at Elevex Capital. She began her career at LDI Corporation in Lease Administration before moving into Pricing and Portfolio Management at ICX Corporation. Joan later joined BBVA Financial Corporation’s executive team, where she helped launch the company’s operations, implementing front-end systems and building key policies and procedures.
Most recently, Joan served as Portfolio Director at JDR Solutions, leading portfolio management and implementation initiatives utilizing industry-leading lease accounting platforms. At Elevex Capital, she oversees documentation, funding, booking, and training, ensuring a smooth and consistent operational experience for clients and internal teams.
Joan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from John Carroll University. She lives in Highland Heights, Ohio, with her husband and enjoys traveling—especially cruising—and immersing herself in a great book.
